Cancellation Terms

If you notify us of your cancellation more than one month prior to the commencement of your camp, you will receive a full refund of payments made.

For cancellations less than one month prior, a full refund will ONLY be provided if the vacant space can be filled. In the event that the space cannot be filled, 20% of the full fee will be non-refundable. This is to accommodate early ordering & delivery of food to an isolated location.

Medical Insurance

All camp participants should have their own health and accident insurance or acknowledge that they are aware that they will be responsible for any costs incurred through illness or accident.
